Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods — without giving any reason.

How to make a return

  1. Within 14 days of receiving your parcel, let us know that you are withdrawing from the contract. A clear statement sent by email to shop@weberparts.pl or by post to: Weberparts.pl, Plac Rolny 1, 64-400 Międzychód, is enough. You may, but do not have to, use the statutory withdrawal form.
  2. Send the goods back to: Weberparts.pl, Plac Rolny 1, 64-400 Międzychód — promptly, and no later than 14 days from the day you submitted your withdrawal statement.
  3. Pack the returned part in a way that protects it from damage in transit.

You can also withdraw from the contract directly from your customer account — the "Cancel Order" link can be found in the store footer.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning the goods to us is borne by the buyer. If the return is due to a defect in the goods or their non-conformity with the description, the return costs are covered by the seller.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method we offer, no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method you used for the purchase — unless you explicitly agree to a different solution. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned part back, or until you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Condition of the returned part

You are liable for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Installing and operating the part in a vehicle may reduce the refund amount.

Damage in transit

We recommend checking the condition of the parcel when you receive it from the courier. If you notice damage to the packaging or contents, please draw up a damage report with the courier and contact us at shop@weberparts.pl or +48 531 002 158. This makes handling the matter easier and faster. However, not having such a report does not deprive you of the right to file a claim, nor is it a condition for it to be processed — we review every claim individually, in accordance with applicable law.

Warranty claims

Regardless of your right to withdraw from the contract, if the purchased part is defective, you are entitled to file a warranty claim. The warranty covers physical defects, not ordinary signs of wear typical of used/reclaimed parts, which are described in the listing and visible in the photos. We accept claims at shop@weberparts.pl or by phone at +48 531 002 158.

[TO BE COMPLETED BY THE MERCHANT: exact warranty period for used goods. Regulations allow it to be shortened to 1 year from the date the goods are handed over instead of the standard 2 years. The period entered here must be identical to the one in the store's Terms & Conditions.]
