Shipping policy

Order processing time

 

Orders are prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days from when payment is confirmed. For parts requiring additional technical condition verification, this time may be extended, and we will inform you by email.

 

Shipping costs and methods

 

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, package dimensions and delivery address. We ship courier parcels within Poland and to selected European Union countries.

 

Delivery time

 

Standard delivery time for domestic shipments is 1-2 business days from dispatch. For international orders, delivery time may range from 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination country.

 

Tracking your parcel

 

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery.

 

Damage in transit

 

ANY DAMAGE THAT OCCURS DURING TRANSPORT MUST BE REPORTED BY THE BUYER TO THE COURIER UPON DELIVERY - OTHERWISE THE CLAIM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

 

Personal pickup

 

Personal pickup is available at the Car Market (Giełda Samochodowa) in Poznań. Please arrange pickup details by phone at +48 531 002 158 before placing your order.
